Adding your products to Magrosa.com make them accessible to Magrosa.com customers worldwide.
Magrosa.com is not an auction; you have to set the price of each item you list in the catalog.
Here is how it works:
An agreement between you and Magrosa.com will be available on your Magrosa.com account under link. You accept the terms by clicking the button available on this page. After you accept the terms, the link to the agreement page will cease to be displayed on your account page. Please review the terms to make sure you are clear of the terms before clicking the agree button.
In order for Magrosa.com to pay you for the orders, we will need you to update your account with the bank details which we will use to pay you. You update your Bank details under the link on your Magrosa.com account. Currently we accept a Paypal account (recommended option), and Bank account. If you use Bank account and your bank account is not in the UK, there will be a cost(charged by banks) of getting your money into your bank account.
Magrosa.com offers full support when listing your products in the catalog. If you have few products on your list (100 items and below), you can use the online product management tools to update your list, and only request support when you require it. A template of products list, which you can use to upload your list will be available under link on your Magrosa.com account. For bigger lists (over 100 items), Magrosa.com will give you full support during the listing of your products.
After a purchase has been made, and you have updated the order with confirmation that the order has been dispatched (courier tracking number), the payment from the buyer is processed and the amount is credited to your account.
To receive funds you must provide a Paypal account or bank account information for an account in the UK, USA, Eurozone or Zimbabwe.Magrosa.com will transfer all the amount for delivered orders into your bank account once every week (currently every monday morning), or when the amount of completed orders on your account has reached a set limit (currently £2000.00), whichever occurs first .
Transfer fees may apply for bank accounts in countries other than the United Kingdom.Amounts for orders being disputed or cancelled will be be transferred when the order has been resolved. You may also request more frequent disbursements, up to once every 24 hours.
As a Magrosa.com Seller you are responsible for delivering the order to the customer using a courier of your choice. You have to use a courier which has a valid form of confirmation and traceability. You will need to supply Magrosa.com with a Tracking ID or any similar such Id from your courier to confirm that the order has been dispatched. If your delivery courier does not have tracking services or you deliver your items yourself; you have to make this information available to customers on your shop’s Delivery Policy on the page of your Magrosa.com page. For Sellers in Zimbabwe, Magrosa.com offers Magrosa Delivery Services. Magrosa Delivery Services will only cover deliveries within Zimbabwe.
