Buying on is a simple and easy process.

Getting started on is as simple as:

1.Browse catalog, and add items to your cart
2. Go to checkout (you will need regidter here if you havent, already)
3. Add shipping address (you can select previously used address)
4. Confirm delivery fees
5. Choose payment method, and pay
6. Magrosa delivers your order to you!(Some stores may also offer in-store collection option) has a number of choices of payment methods.
You may choose a method that is most suited to you from the list of methods provided.

Payment methods

You may use this payment option if to wish to pay using any of the main Credit/Debit card or your Paypal account, if you have one.You can use this option from anywhere in the world.

You may use this payment option if you wish to pay by making a Bank Transfer or Deposit into our bank account (United Kingdom).


In the case that we have to refund you; will only refund you using the same method you have used to pay for the order.

When you make your order on, you will have an option to choose Home Delivery or InStore Collection.

You can only select either In-store Collection or Home Delivery for each order.
(i.e. you may not have an order with part Home Delivery and part InStore Collection).

  • Some sellers on may offer InStore Collection for customers who can walk into their store and collect their order.
    (Currently only available for sellers in Zimbabwe)

  • An upper limit of the total order amount will apply for Instore Collection orders, and may change from time to time.

  • The Delivery Courier/s used for your order is the responsibility of the Seller/s whom you have bought from.
  • Some Sellers on also use Magrosa Delivery to get your order to you.
  • The information on the particular courier for your order is displayed when you choose the Home Delivery option and also on the delivery details email you will recieve from
    (This information includes the courier name and the expected dates of your delivery).
  • will send you an email with the delivery time frames when the Seller/s recieves your order and begins processing it.
  • It is your responsibility to make provision to be able to recieve the order when the courier delivers it.
  • If the courier cannot deliver to you because no one was available to recieve the delivery, and any fees have been added by the courier to re-deliver the order; it is your responsibility to pay these fees.
